1.1. TAP FORBIZ for Small and Medium-sized Enterpresis is a TAP Air Portugal Loyalty Program (hereinafter the “Program”) aimed at Small and Medium-sized Enterpresis (hereinafter the “Company” or the “Customer”), which allows for the accumulation of cashback balance in the Company’s Account, whenever the Employees of that Company travel with TAP Air Portugal and TAP Express. The accumulated cashback balance can be used to pay for future trips or other TAP products.
1.2. The SME Program is aimed at all companies registered in several countries, and no minimum travel volume is required to join.
It is present in Angola, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
1.3. Participation in the SME Program is restricted to Companies that do not have any other commercial agreement with TAP Air Portugal, namely negotiated fares.
1.4. Travel Agencies, operators, consolidators or ticket sellers and freelance travel agents will not be able to join the SME Program as Customers.
1.5. TAP Air Portugal may, at any time, request that a Company registered in the Program send its company register extract (for this purpose the Company simply needs to indicate the access code for the company register extract, available on "Portal do Cidadão").
1.6. TAP Air Portugal may, at any time, request the Company to provide the proof of employment of the Employees eligible to accumulate a cashback balance under the SME Program.
1.7. TAP Air Portugal reserves the right to accept the Company's application to the SME Program, based on the information provided in the membership form at the time of registration, as provided below.
1.8. TAP Air Portugal reserves the right to, at any time, change the Terms and Conditions defined herein, namely the product content, service provisions, participating partners, rules and other information displayed on the www.tapforbiz.com website. Changes to the products and services associated with the Program will be communicated to participating Companies in advance, through the available means.
