The Program has three tiers that allow your Company to accumulate more cashback balance as you travel with us.
The tiers classify your Company and are obtained based on the annual amount spent on trips* in the last 12 months, counted from the month the Account was created.

Depending on your Company's tier, you will accumulate between 0.5% and 6% of the amount spent on each trip. This depends on the TAP fares chosen.

After joining the Program, each Company is placed on the tier 1, where it remains for one year. After 12 months, depending on the annual amount spent on trips, the Company may change its tier.
The accumulated cashback balance remains valid for a period of 2 years, which starts counting from the date of creation of the Account.
