Terms and Conditions of the TAP FORBIZ New Memberships Campaign

A promotional campaign for new companies registering for the TAP FORBIZ Programme for Small and Medium-sized Businesses at www.tapforbiz.com, between 3 September and 30 November 2026, by entering the promotional code WELCOMEBIZ upon registration.
The campaign offers a TAP FORBIZ promotional balance upon completion of the first eligible trip, under the General Terms and Conditions of the TAP FORBIZ programme, provided the trip is taken within six months of enrolment in the programme.
Registered companies will receive a promotional balance of 50 €.
The balance will be credited exclusively to the registered company’s TAP FORBIZ account after validation of full compliance with the T&Cs of the campaign.
The promotional balance allocated under this campaign is valid for two years from the date of crediting. It expires automatically after this period and cannot be extended, reactivated or converted into cash.
The TAP FORBIZ balance is non-transferable and can only be used in accordance with the rules and T&Cs applicable to the TAP FORBIZ Programme for Small and Medium-sized Businesses. It is also subject to fare conditions and availability at the time of booking.
Participation in the TAP FORBIZ Programme for Small and Medium-sized Businesses and in this promotional campaign is restricted to companies that do not have any other active commercial agreement with TAP Air Portugal, in particular agreements involving negotiated corporate fares.
Travel agencies, tour operators, consolidators, ticket sellers and freelance travel agents may not join the TAP FORBIZ Programme for Small and Medium-sized Businesses as customers.
TAP Air Portugal reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel this campaign at any time for operational, commercial or legal reasons, without prior notice.
Participation in the campaign implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs, as well as the general T&Cs of the TAP FORBIZ Programme for Small and Medium-sized Businesses.
This campaign cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.

Small and Medium Enterprises

TAP FORBIZ for Small and Medium Enterprises offers you convenience while helping you save on your Company's business trips.

For each flight taken with TAP, a percentage of the amount spent is converted into account cashback balance. Once your Account reaches a minimum cashback balance of 10 EUR, you can use it toward a future trip, thus reducing your Company's travel costs. Once you complete the Program registration process, you will receive a welcome email containing your identification code (CI) —the code that identifies your Company within the TAP FORBIZ Program.

Take note of your CI code, as you will need to provide it whenever you purchase a trip with TAP, either through a Travel Agency or via the TAP channels. This code is used to register the cashback balance generated by your Company's trips.
